My work lives at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution. I diagnose what's actually broken through structured analysis and stakeholder alignment, then evaluate technology with objective, framework-driven assessments - vendor-agnostic, grounded in total cost of ownership rather than the vendor's story. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Every engagement starts with your context: legacy, organisational dynamics, market pressure, resource reality.

From there I build transformation roadmaps that prioritise quick wins while building toward the larger vision - direct, data-informed, and measured by outcomes you can actually see. Platform selection, digital operating-model design, or rescuing a troubled implementation: the goal is always tangible results, not another strategy document that sits on a shelf.

    Defining the future of digital customer experience for two major European automotive brands across a complex HQ → National Sales Company → Dealer → Customer hierarchy.

    Delivered complete operating models and transformation roadmaps covering commerce, content, and data-driven experiences. Architecture designed for the full relationship stack - from global brand governance down to local dealer touchpoints - with clear technology selection rationale and a phased capability built-out.

  2. Pump Manufacturer

    Shaping the digital customer experience strategy and required capabilities for a global industrial manufacturer - defining not just the platform, but what “good” looks like in 2030 and beyond.

    Produced a future-state CX vision grounded in operational realism: required capabilities mapped to architecture decisions, transformation sequences validated against organisational readiness. A strategy with enough specificity to actually execute.

  3. Energy / Enterprise HR

    Target architecture and technology selection for a global HR transformation - introducing digital self-service capabilities for over 100,000 employees worldwide.

    Defined the target architecture, led vendor evaluation, and designed the operating model for sustainable self-service at scale. Outcome was a programme with clear ownership, realistic sequencing, and an architecture that didn't collapse under the weight of global rollout complexity.

  4. Industrial Equipment

    Designing the target architecture and middleware strategy for a complex systems integration landscape - replacing fragile point-to-point connections with a structured integration platform.

    Delivered middleware architecture and integration roadmap. Reduced integration risk, established reusable patterns, and gave the organisation a foundation it could maintain and extend without re-engaging consultants for every change.

  5. Gas & Industrial

    Technology selection, target architecture, and operating model design for a global multi-brand company modernising its digital commerce and customer experience infrastructure.

    In progress. Scope covers vendor-agnostic platform evaluation, future-state architecture across brands and markets, and an operating model that reflects how the organisation actually works - not how a vendor slide deck assumes it does.
